# Symbol grid spacing on V2

How do I change the grid spacing for symbols. It used to be easy to find.

Hi @ouabache,  
It’s in the statusbar (i thought that should be the most intuitive place 🙈):

Tip: You can now just hover with the cursor on that number and use the scroll wheel to increase/decrease it.
