I’d like you to add this option because we don’t have own schematics simulator, so, I think it’d be useful option until we’ll get own simulator
Generally I agree this would be nice, but I suspect this is gonna be very difficult. I mean, a SPICE export should probably also contain the models, at least for the basic elements like resistors, capacitors etc.? That would be a problem then, since LibrePCB does not know what kind of SPICE model a particular component in the schematic represents (e.g. it doesn’t know that a resistor is a resistor).
To fix this, it would require to expand the library concept to assign SPICE models to every component in the library. That requires a file format change and a huge bunch of work :-/
