Wrong email notification

Hi,
i got an notification by the system that apparently my email address is wrong:

I double checked, address is correct, nothing in my spam filter. But - indeed, i did not receive any mail from notifications (at) librepcb1.discoursemail (dot) com for a long time.

So - anything to worry, perhaps an error on your side?

What i don’t know is if my provider filters those mails.

ADMIN NOTE: Obscured mail address to avoid crawlers abusing that email.

Hmm that’s interesting, another user just reported a few days ago he didn’t get the activation email. I quickly checked, and you both have the same e-mail provider.

I never heard of problems with other providers, and I still get the notification emails. Therefore I suspect the problem is on your mail providers side and there’s nothing we could do :slightly_frowning_face:

EDIT: In case your provider considers discourse mails as spam, it might help to add our mail address to some whitelist (if available) or to your address book.

Info for others who might be affected:

It seems that there is nothing that i (as receiver) can do. The mail provider (t-online dot de) has quite rigid anti-spam policies which also affect the required configuration of the (sending) mail server, an legal notice on the organisations web server (FQDN of the mail-Server) to name only a few.
Most of this is just out of reach for me.

So I’ll consider to use an other email address for this purpose.
