Hello everybody! Sorry for probably silly question, I’m new in LibrePCB
I’d like to add Audio Jack 6.3mm to my project but I’ve found only Barrel Jack that works with Power, not Audio
I tried to import KiCAD and Eagle libraries but it didn’t worked
Can you help me pls to find Audio Jack 6.3mm for LibrePCB?

Hi,
There is currently no such part in our libraries. Importing from KiCad or Eagle should actually be working fine, and also you could create them by yourself (it only looks a bit complicated at the beginning, but once you understand how to do it, you will be happy to be able creating all of the missing parts by yourself in future).
Anyway, I might be able to add such a part to our libraries. Would one of those be fine for you?
Or do you have a concrete part in mind?
Ah I just saw you wrote 6.3mm (I guess 6.35mm?). Maybe SJ-6306 then?

I think SJ-6303 can be a good choice, and you can add SJ1-352XN to library because, I think, somebody’ll need it anyway 
I tried to make my own Jack 6.35mm Socket in LibrePCB, but I’ve done something wrong and DRC had errors with it

I’ve just found out what error I had so I’m adding this 6.35mm to my local library rn

Ok great, I just wanted to write that it might be better to continue with your own part first because it can take a while until I finished mine 
I already have drawn the footprint and created a 3D model, but then realized that the symbols for audio jacks are also missing yet. So I started to create them too, but I’m a bit busy so it will take some time to finish.
I made it with 6.35mm
Idk how good is it ‘cause I added only one model from Same Sky website at one package(mono without switch)

You can add Jack from that library to Base
(there is also some not finished elements(not jacks))
