Where can I find the menu option to disable dark mode? I found the “themes” list under “workspace settings” but I am specifically referring to the dark menu backgrounds.

Ah, that is unfortunate, however I am glad to see it on the list as a planned improvement. I hope this gets addressed sooner rather than later; I suppose I am in the minority, but my eyes find dark mode irritating. Thank you!
I’m also having difficulty with the default theme in V2.0
I don’t object to dark mode per-se but I’d like higher contrast. I’d also like a light mode. User themes would be great.
I see there’s a theming editor but it only applies to schems and boards, could we maybe have a theming editor for the general GUI? I’m actually fine with the colours on schems and boards… but the low contrast menus and text and grey icons are getting me down. Could we have the old icons available as a theme option, but in the new layout?
I agree the current theming is not ideal yet. The current dark theme needs to be improved, and we need the possibility to use a light theme. Configurable themes would be ideal, but that will be a lot of work. For a short-term solution I will try to provide a built-in light theme first. I am considering this as a high priority task, so I expect this will be available in one of the upcoming releases.
