Hi,
I see that there is a repository called JST.lplib at: https://github.com/LibrePCB-Libraries.
How do I get to use that in my install of LibrePCB [Version: 0.1.4, Git revision: ae04eef5a7, Build date: 2020-05-02 18:50:04 (BST)] installed with AppImage.
Hi,
This library does not yet contain any library elements (except the package category), therefore it is not whitelisted yet to be displayed in the library manager. As soon as it contains library elements, I’ll whitelist it.
Thank you for the prompt reply.
How will I know when this happens?
Hi @mprowe. I have two open pull requests on that repository:
- Add JST S2B-XH-A by dbrgn · Pull Request #1 · LibrePCB-Libraries/JST.lplib · GitHub
- Add JST S5B-ZR header by dbrgn · Pull Request #2 · LibrePCB-Libraries/JST.lplib · GitHub
I have already received the PCB that uses those two footprints, so I should be able to verify the packages by next week. After that, they need a quick review, and then the library could be whitelisted.
