Can I 'save as' a package?

I need an SOIC-4 package, but I can’t find one in the libraries.
No sweat, I can create one. But it seems like a good idea to start with the nearest one in the library (SOIC-6, or perhaps DIP-4), and ‘save as’ SOIC-4. That way my package should be consistent with the others, and I don’t need to measure things quite as much.
Can this be done, or do I need to start over?

I found the ‘duplicate’ function. I was able to duplicate the DIP-4 package and modify it. I did this from the Library Editor.
