As I can see, there is no possibility to create an oval PTH.
Is that planed future or there are some worarounds?

Yeah that’s planned for the next major release 0.2.0. Until then, I think the only “workaround” is to use bigger drill diameters to make the whole pad fit into it, but it requires much more soldering tin
