Is it possible to add teardrop pad shapes in LibrePCB?

That is currently not possible, neither automated nor manually, sorry.
Honestly I never used them, so I have no knowledge about it. If you could elaborate a bit why we need it, I could consider opening a feature request for it 
I’m not sure if they are needed exactly, I only just learned about them and they seem like a good idea, especially when the solder ring is small around the hole.
They should increase solder join strength and I wonder if they might help with reworking.

I think sooner or later we will implement that, but as there seems to be no strong need for it, it will have low priority for now.
